Absolutely. Just ask before we get started and we'll sort it. No drama.

Only the editor assigned to your project and the Lumberjack team lead overseeing it. Nobody else. We don't share, distribute or show your footage to anyone outside the project.

Never. Not without your explicit written permission. Your content is yours. Full stop.

Nope. No contracts, no retainers, no lock-ins. Pay per project, use us whenever you need us and walk away whenever you don't. No hard feelings.

Freelance editors charge about $65 to $120 an hour and production companies about $150 to $250. Through an agency, a simple edit runs $3,000 to $5,000. Lumberjack's fixed prices run $330 to $1,650 inc GST. The full breakdown.

Yes. What you see is what you pay. No surprises at checkout.

Visa and Mastercard. If you need a tax invoice for your records or internal finance team, just ask and we'll whip one up for you.

First cut in three days. Two rounds of revisions are included, so most jobs are finished inside the week. Need it faster? Next-day is 25% on top of the service price. Send it before 5pm AEST and the first cut is in your inbox tomorrow. It's always available. There are no blackout days and you don't need to check first. Tick it when you order, or just call me.

A dedicated editor is assigned to your project, watches everything you've sent and gets to work. You'll receive your first cut within three days. From there it's over to you to review and give us your feedback.

Log into your client portal and drag your files straight in. Simple as that.

If your IT department has blocked the portal (we see you, government networks), hit the SSD button and we'll post you a drive with a reply-paid envelope. Load it up, send it back and we'll take it from there. No extra charge, because who wants to enter their credit card details twice.

All of them. Seriously. If your camera shot it, we can work with it.

Yes. About half the footage we get is shot on a phone. They shoot better video than the broadcast cameras we started on. Vertical, horizontal, whatever your comms officer managed on the day. Send it as it is. We'll tell you straight if something genuinely can't be saved, but that almost never happens and it has nothing to do with what it was shot on.

No. Our servers are like tankers. Send us everything you've got.

We hold onto your files for 30 days after delivery in case you need anything extra. After that everything is permanently deleted from our servers. Your content stays yours.

Two rounds are included with every project. Need more after that? You can purchase additional rounds. Either way we're not going to leave you with a video you don't love.
